Q + A

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes! No need to travel from place to place.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make this an adult only event. We are keeping our guest list to 16+ years old. You may see a few exceptions including our nephews, the flower girl, and the ring bearers, but they will be the only kiddos partying with us that night. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you can still come celebrate with us!

Do you know of any childcare options for that area?

Since we are keeping this an adult only even, we realize some of you may need to find child care for that night. Here are some options we have found for you to check out! https://www.babysittersregistry.com https://www.care.com

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Yes! We plan to have an outdoor ceremony if the weather permits, but in the case of rain we have the indoor option ready to go!

What is typical May weather in Pasadena, Maryland?

Generally that time of year can range from 53-75 degrees with around 8 days of rain over the course of the month. Considering it is late May it will probably be on the warmer side, but don't worry! The ceremony will be short!

Do you have places for us to stay that weekend picked out?

Yes! Checkout the "Travel" tab for more information on hotels where we have room blocks saved. Also consider looking at Airbnb in that area if you're looking for a more homey feel that weekend!

Will you have transportation from the hotels to the venue?

Yes! We are providing 2 school buses as transportation from the hotels to the venue and back. We know our people may have a drink ...or five, and we want to make sure everyone is safe!

Can I bring a plus one?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone and their plus ones, the event space can only hold a certain number of people so we ask that only those who are listed on the invitations RSVP to our event. Thank you for understanding!

Do I have to send an RSVP card back?

No! You can refer to the "RSVP" tab, type in your name and RSVP for you and everyone invited in your party.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, May 3, 2024 so that we can get everything finalized!
