What date is the wedding festivities?
Wedding festivities will commence on Saturday, July 12th 2025 with a rehearsal dinner
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held the following day on Sunday, July 13th, 2025. To close out, we will be hosting a post celebration brunch on Monday, July 14th, 2025. For more information, please tab over to our Home Page.
Our official wedding invitations will be mailed to you on March 31st 2024, with an RSVP QR code directing you back to this site to review the details and provide RSVP information.
We plan to have everything finalized in Q1 of 2024.
What time is the ceremony
Our wedding ceremony will commence at 4pm on July 13th, 2025 and will last until approximately 6pm
Can we bring children?
Due to liability concerns, We would like for this to be an adult only soirée (18 years+). We apologize if this may be an inconvenience. If you are un-able to attend due to these circumstances, please visit the Virtual Zoom tab, which will allow you to view our wedding ceremony on any desktop, tablet and/or mobile device.
When should I arrive in Paris?
Being that our wedding activities will commence on Saturday July 12th 2025. We recommend that our guests arrive in Paris Friday July 11th 2025 to check in to any group deal accommodations and to allow your body to adjust to French time.
How long is the Ceremony?
The ceremony itself will last for approximately 1 hour, ending at 5pm. Following the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour from 5pm to 6pm with light hors d’œuvres.
Prepare to strike your best pose, our photographers will be capturing candid and posed shots!
Will there be transportation?
Possibly. Our aim is to provide a shuttle service to pick up and drop off guests that choose to stay at one of the three group deal hotels shown on the « Travel » tab. We will provide each guest who RSVPs as attending with an itinerary book that will outline specific pick up and drop off times.
Please note, that shuttle services will not be available to and from the airport, or any excursion you may have planned outside of the wedding activities.
What are your wedding colors?
Our wedding colors are crimson red and ivory white. Guests do not need to match these colors.
We ask only the bridesmaids to wear crimson red silk or satin dresses during the wedding ceremony and reception. The bride will provide her bridal party with color guidance accordingly.
What airport should I select in Paris?
Please select Roissy- Charles De Gaul (CDG) as your destination airport.
The airport is about 30 minutes outside of the city so you will need to either take an Uber, taxi or metro to your accommodations.
How long is the flight to France?
Without any Layovers, flights From the East Coast to Paris is approximately 8 hours. While flights from the West Coast is approximately 15 hours.
How long do I need to stay in Paris?
The entire celebration will span over the course of 3 days.
We plan to start the celebration with a rehearsal dinner, the evening before the wedding ceremony and close out with a beautiful Parisian brunch on the third and final day. After this time you may continue to explore the city of light at your leisure or return home.
We do however, recommend that you maximize your time in Paris after the wedding events by staying an extra day or two. For a list of our recommended activities, please hop over to the «Things To Do » tab

How will we stay connected?
We plan to stay connected using an SMS text resource offered by The Knot.com.
We will use this texting resource to keep everyone in the know on:
1. Airfare price drops
2. Frequently Asked Questions
3. Updates and modifications to venue plans, if applicable
4. Consistent count down check-ins
When can we expect text updates
Please be mindful that we have guests in various time zones. In order to limit disturbance. We will be restricting outgoing updates to the following days and times. Unless otherwise necessary for important updates.

What if I forget the wedding details?
Worry not! We have you covered. All guests who RSVP as attending, will receive not only an emailed pdf itinerary, but will be mailed a beautiful travel size, bespoke itinerary book that will provide all the details outlined on this website.
