Free WI-FI text messaging service. Once you board the plane, turn your phone to WI-FI only by turning off cellular data so that you wont incur cellular roaming charges. The resort has free WI-FI everywhere and with this app you can call/text for free over the resort WI-FI.

(Although it is an all inclusive resort, the staff works hard and they survive mostly on tips. They will remember you and take good care of you while you're there. Small Bills - $1’s & $5’s are best!)

If you forget something there is a gift shop in the lobby.

- Arrive at the airport early. It is suggested to arrive 3 hours early for an international departure. Don't forget your passport :)

- Make copies and take pictures of your passport to have on your phone just in case. Leave a copy with someone at home.

- When you land in Cancun and get past immigration, get your luggage and clear customs. After clearing customs, you will exit to a hall where you will find different booths. Please do not stop here as these are timeshare companies. Walk all the way to the main gate and exit outside.

-Outside is where you will find your driver from Seasons. They will be in GREEN shirts.

- If you have an early flight and will arrive early to the resort, pack a swim suit in your carry on. The resort will hold your luggage until your room is ready!

This will be the easiest way for all of us to communicate when in Mexico.

- When checking in, they will note if you have a preferred time for housekeeping and turndown service.

- If you are interested in Spa services, you can find information on the Excellence App.

-You can bring your own floaty to use in the ocean. The water sports guys will blow them up for you.

- There is a service box in your closet that can be accessed from the hallway. You can set up an order of coffee, fruits, croissants, etc. to be delivered at a certain time every morning. They will deliver it without disturbing you and you can grab it whenever you're ready.

- When ordering a drink, specify the brand of alcohol you want if you want something specific. There are also 4 sealed bottles in each room for your consumption along with a fully stocked mini fridge.

- Once you download the Excellence Collection App, follow the prompts to Finest Playa Mujeres (Cancun). From there, check out the ENTERTAINMENT tab to see all scheduled activities.

- Some notable options are kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boards, beach volleyball, bike tours, and various classes. They also have nightly shows and entertainment.
