Schedule for the Big Day!

Our story began back in high school, during our freshman year. We quickly became close friends, teaming up for school projects, tackling homework together, and finding plenty to laugh about through the chaos of school life. By sophomore year, our friendship had started to shift into something more. Emilie decided to take a chance and asked Ethan to Sadie’s. That night marked the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. We always loved spending time together. One of the ways we did that was through extracurricular activities, like ASB leadership, the Merced Youth Council, and countless late-night study sessions. Looking back, those activities were really just another excuse to hang out without our parents getting mad. To this day, there is still a running family joke that we are "studying" whenever late to a family function. College brought some big milestones. When COVID hit, we moved in together! We started out by subleasing a small room from Ethan’s brother’s roommate. That little space tested our patience at times, but it also brought us closer. We spent those six months exploring Fresno and finding joy in all the new experiences we were having together. We eventually found our own apartment, where we spent the next two years making memories filled with laughter, late-night adventures, a few too many parties, a growing passion for photography, and the addition of our mini golden doodle, Bella. These days, we are navigating adulthood side by side. There have been plenty of fun moments, as well as challenges and big decisions. Through it all, we've supported and encouraged each other every step of the way. Emilie has earned her bachelor’s degree, teaching credential, and master’s, while Ethan has balanced a real estate business and a full-time job. We both still love taking photos any opportunity we get. Together, we've built a life grounded in hard work, laughter, and mutual respect. At the heart of it all, we're simply two best friends who have been lucky enough to do life together since high school.Now, we're beyond excited to begin this next chapter and are so grateful to have you here to celebrate with us.
