Please let us know NO LATER than June 20th whether you will be able to attend in order to give the caterers and venue enough of a heads up! We will be unable to accommodate guests who have not RSVP’d or who miss the deadline.

Due to limited space and seating at the venue we ask that you RSVP only for guests named on the invitation.

Although we love your little ones we ask that you reserve this as a date night for the grownups! This will be a mostly adults-only event with just a few exceptions for family of the bride and groom.

Semi-formal dresses/outfits and suits or dress shirts would be perfect. Keep in mind that the wedding will be outdoors and the ceremony semi-outdoors (open air barn with fans), so a light and breathable fabric might be preferable. The ceremony will take place on grass, so avoid stiletto type heels.

Big R Orchards has plenty of parking in the field right next to the venue! We ask that you leave the spots in the paved lot for older guests and those with accessibility needs. No worries on transportation, the ceremony and reception site are both at the same location.

During the ceremony we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures so that our awesome photographer can do her best work. At the reception though- take pictures to your heart’s content! The more the better!

There will be a cocktail hour with light snacks while we take pictures and then dinner will be BBQ with all the classic sides! There will be an open bar but it will be limited to beer and wine (no liquor is allowed at the venue).
