If you are pretty sure you can make it to our wedding, choose and book your hotel or Airbnb ASAP! Concours d'Elegance, which is a HUGE luxury car show event, is starting the week after our wedding. According to hotels in the area, people sometimes start arriving the weekend of our wedding. Friday the 9th through Sunday the 11th bookings shouldn't be as much as issue as the following weekend, but I would still book early so you get the hotel and dates that you want!
