This link does provide a discount based on the hotel’s Best Available Rate, it is not a set rate and is subject to change based on hotel occupancy or special events. This means that if the hotel room rates change on the website so will the link rates; if the hotel rates increase the link rates will increase and if the hotel rates decrease the link rates will decrease.

The courtesy link does not lock in room rates until the reservation is made. It is not a set discounted percentage and rooms are not held out of availability at the resort – meaning the rooms showing as available through the link are the rooms available over your dates of stay at the Southernmost Beach Resort. The link is available 300 days prior to arrival up until 60 days prior to check-in.

The courtesy link reservations require 1 night room and tax to secure the reservation and provides regular cancellation policies. The deposit on the reservation is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to arrival.
