Click the link below and make your reservations online by selecting the "Book a Room" button. On the following page, you can adjust your arrival dates and number of occupants per room. You may also call the hotel directly at 330-471-8000 and reference the "Calvani-Ernst Wedding" to make reservations within the block.

You may make reservations by visiting the following website: www.akroncantonairport.hgi.com . Then, click on “Special Rates,” type the Group Code (above) in the appropriate box, click Check Rooms & Rates and your group rate and reservation options will automatically populate.

You may also call the reservation line at 877.782.9444 or the hotel directly at 330.966.4907 and use the Group Name (Emily Calvani and Marcus Ernst Wedding) to identify them. The hotel recommended that you verify the rate with the agent at the time the reservation is made.

Or you can always use the One Click Link (pasted in website link below)! **Please note that when you click on the One Click Link it may say the block is sold out. Please click on the link that says “Click Here”. Please edit your stay to the dates you would like to check in and out, it will then show rooms available. If your guests are still having trouble booking, please call me.

FYI - Room type and room location preferences are not guaranteed however their associates will do their best to accommodate those requests whenever possible. They are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check- outs however they do provide baggage handling.

You may call the hotel directly at 330.433.0101 and ask for the CALVANI/ERNST WEDDING block of rooms, the staff will handle it from there.

The third option to reserve rooms is by using the following reservation rate codes. You will need to enter these codes on the website link below to make your own reservations. I have typed out a brief explanation below, to assist you with the online booking:

Reservation Rate Code instructions: Click on the SpringHill Suites Canton link above. Once on our site, enter the reservation dates and click on the SPECIAL RATES tab. In the drop-down box, scroll to the GROUP CODE and type in the above code that is associated with the room type you'd like to reserve. Then hit view rates, click on SELECT to complete the reservation process.

Please note that all reservations must be provided and guaranteed with a credit card prior to the cutoff date of September 12, 2025.

Click on the website below and then the orange "Book" button on the top right. Then You have to fill in the arrival date and departure date; the group code should populate in the box. Then, click on "Check Availability". You will then be directed to a screen to choose between a King (with sofa bed) or a Double Queen (with sofa bed) room.

Or, you can call and ask for the Calvani-Ernst Wedding block. The rates include breakfast, free wifi and parking.
