What is the timeline for the day?  The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00PM on the patio overlooking the mountains directly followed by the cocktail hour occurring in the bar and library. The reception will begin at 5:30PM in the main dining room and last until approximately 10:00PM.   What should I wear?  We ask that you dress in semi-formal, but comfortable attire. Please note that we plan to hold the ceremony outdoors and there are some beautiful views to enjoy on the patio, so sweaters or jackets may be a good idea.    Do you have a gift registry?  Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is the only thing we could ask for! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our home renovation and honeymoon fund would be much appreciated.    Are there any other wedding events to attend?  All guests are invited to a Welcome Dinner at 5:00PM on Saturday, November 23rd. This casual dinner will be at the Sweetgrass Lake House in the Sweetgrass gated community. Specific instructions to the venue can be found on the Travel Page. Gate code: 4343.
The Grahams have provided a shuttle for dinner that leaves the Inn at 4:30 by the front door and will return to the Inn at the end of the dinner around 8:30 or 9:00.    Where should I stay?  There is a discounted block of rooms available at the Inn at Crestwood until September 25th. You must call the number or use the link on our Travel Page. If you just use the Inn's website, the Inn will say it’s booked as they are holding rooms for wedding guests until September 25th.   How and when should I RSVP?  Please RSVP for the wedding via this website by September 25th. Welcome Dinner regrets only to (270)316-6253    What kind of food will be served at the reception?  Several appetizers will be served at the cocktail hour, and dinner will be buffet style featuring a chicken and fish option.    Will there be an open bar?  You bet! Enjoy!    Is there parking at the venue?  Free parking is available at the Inn.    How do I get to the venue?  Google Maps and Waze should get you to the Inn at Crestwood (address below), and once you are at the inn, simply follow the signs to the event.
