(if you don't already live there)
Arlanda
Arlanda is the closest major airport that you can fly to directly from the UK.
You can get flights from Birmingham with Ryanair, although currently they don't run that often.
For more flexibility check out Manchester or any of the London Airports where you'll find flights with British Airways, SAS, Norwegian Air, Finnair or Ryanair.
Skavsta
You may be able to fly to Skavsta, which is the closest airport to the venue, if you are flying from elsewhere in Europe.
Car
If you hire a car, it should take you just under 2 hours to drive from the airport to the venue.
The venue's address is Rosenhanska Magasinet, 642 98 Bettna, Sweden, and there is ample parking available, including an electric charging point.
Public Transport
Anyone arriving at Arlanda will need to make their way into Stockholm city centre first and then get a train to Nyköping which is the closest town to the venue. It’s then a short drive to the venue.
Arlanda to Stockholm:
You can get there a few different ways…
Taxi- this should take around 45 minutes and cost around £50. Uber and Bolt are available as well as local taxi companies.
Bus- there are two providers you can choose from. Flygbussarna takes around 45 minues and costs about £10 or Flixbus which takes 35 minutes and costs £5.50.
Train- there's either the express train or the national train operator, sl. The express train takes 18 minutes and you can find the prices in the link above. The more people that ride together, the cheaper the tickets become; it's a bit pricey but you're paying for the convenience. The national train takes around 40 minutes and is roughly £15.
Stockholm to Nyköping:
There is a train from Stockholm to Nyköping that takes around 60 minutes and costs roughly £14.
Nyköping to Rosenhanksa:
We anticipate there will be a few people arriving at the same time so we’re hoping to arrange a taxi/minibus.
Arlanda-Skavsta via Coach
There is a really handy coach that will take you from Arlanda to Skavsta in around 2 hours and only cost between £13-£16. Due to Skavsta being quite a small airport, the coaches aren't that frequent. If you can make the coach times work around you arrival/departure, then this would be a great option. It would just be a short taxi from Skavsta to Rosenhanska, but again, if there are groups then we can look to arrange a taxi/minibus.
