TUESDAY MAY 26: SUNSET SAIL

WEDNESDAY MAY 27: WELCOME PARTY

LOCATION: RUMFIRE - SHERATON WAIKIKI HOTEL TIME: 6:00 PM Join us for a tropical welcome party with cocktails, delicious appetizers, and plenty of island fun as we count down to “I do.” Little ones are welcome too. THURSDAY MAY 28: WEDDING DAY

LOCATION: KO'OLAU BALLROOMS &amp; CONFERENCE CENTER SHUTTLE: 3:00 PM Shuttle will bring guests to the Ko'olau Ballrooms from the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort Hotel at 3:00 PM. CEREMONY: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM Let's make it official! The ceremony will be held outside, directly behind the Ko'olau Ballrooms, beneath the towering pinnacles of the Ko'olau mountain range. COCKTAIL HOUR: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Enjoy drinks and canapes in the Glass Ballroom. Don't forget to sign the guest book and stop by the photo booth for a fun picture with friends and family. DINNER/DANCING: 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM Buffet dinner followed by dancing all night long! Shuttle will return guests to Sheraton Waikiki at 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM. FRIDAY MAY 29TH: FAREWELL/RECOVERY POOL HANG

LOCATION: SHERATON WAIKIKI HELUMOA PLAYGROUND FAMILY POOL TIME: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Come hang out with Andre &amp; Emily by the pool before they head off on their honeymoon. We'll try to get everyone in, but we haven't confirmed whether Non-Sheraton Guests can use the pool. ATTIRE: CASUAL OR SWIMSUIT

Schedule

Andre decided to leave New Zealand in 2018 to live in London, England. Emily also happened to travel to London, England in 2018 to study abroad. While the two were in the same city one night they ended up going to the same pub crawl. They saw each other from across the room and danced the night away. After they met, they couldn’t stay apart spending every day together. A few months later they had to go back to their respective homes in the US and NZ. They continued to visit each other and talk on the phone for hours every day. After a year of dating long distance in 2019 Emily graduated from university and decided to move to Hamilton, NZ.&nbsp;After 4 years of living together in NZ Emily and Andre decided to move to Las Vegas, Nevada where Andre is now studying welding at CSN and Emily is working as a Coordinator at Park MGM. One weekend in January 2025 Emily and Andre decided to visit the Grand Canyon. As they were walking along the southern rim Andre suggested they walk to a secluded area by the edge of the canyon. There Andre got down on one knee and asked Emily to marry him.

Caroline Ives - Maid of Honor   Caroline and Emily met at Arundel Elementary School in 2011. Since then, they have stayed the best of friends and traveled the world together. Caroline was at the bar celebrating Emily's 21st Birthday the night Emily and Andre met. Caroline now lives in Virginia with her husband Dillon and their two adorable cats.

Ben Wilson - Best Man In 2021 Ben and Emily co-stared in Heathers the Musical in Hamilton NZ. Andre and Ben met at a Heathers cast party and became fast friend. Ben now lives in Argentina with his girlfriend Julia.&nbsp;&nbsp;
