Built on a slight hill, there are steps up to all entrances in accommodation with the seafaring nature of St. Augustine. There are&nbsp;guest rooms&nbsp;in both the Main House and in the Carriage House, each lovingly trimmed with unique touches and comforting heirlooms. Many of the rooms also feature fireplaces, balconies, and enclosed porches. Victorian House Bed &amp; Breakfast was built in 1895 by Albert Rogero, descendant of Minorcan colonists who migrated to St. Augustine from New Smyrna in 1777. The Rogeros also owned the secondary house located at 23 Aviles (formerly Hospital Street) that was used as a carriage house.

The Kenwood Inn

Several rooms and suites have decorative fireplaces and some have two bathrooms for those who prefer not to share. The inn also has a magnificent large saltwater pool with a huge patio surrounded by a brick privacy wall adjacent to the walled courtyard. Built in 1865 and formerly known as the Hotel La Borde and Hotel Kenwood, The Kenwood Inn is the only remaining hotel structure of its size from the Gilded Age. During that time, St. Augustine was home to many luxurious hotels and guesthouses, including the famed&nbsp;Ponce de Leon Hotel, which is now Flagler College. Many a famous visitor has walked its halls, including Mr. Henry Flagler himself, who considered it the finest inn of its time.

Enjoy at your leisure a free self-guided winery tour and wine tasting, where you can taste a selection of wines on a walking tour, thus enjoying the full experience the winery has to offer!You can also enjoy a short audio-visual presentation in the upstairs theater and discover the art of winemaking as you learn the important details of the 5,000 gallon stainless steel tanks where the wine is fermented and stored prior to bottling. It's fun and educational!Self-guided Tours and Wine Tastings run throughout the day, and are offered seven days a week (except for major holidays). Hours of operation are Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sunday, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. San Sebastian Winery

Take a free self-guided tour and see how The Spirit of Florida is crafted. Learn about different bourbons and finishing barrels. Saint Augustine Distillery

Next to the Saint Augustine historic district, just a short walk from Flagler College and Saint George Street shopping, lies a wonderful concoction of kitties and coffee that is better known to many as a cat café.It is free to visit the café and view the cats, all while sipping on your wine or latte. To help with housing and caring costs, there is a small fee to access the cat lounge and interact with these wonderful felines.Open Mon./Wed./Thu. 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Fri./Sat. 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Sun. 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Built by the Spanish in St. Augustine to defend Florida and the Atlantic trade route, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument preserves the oldest masonry fortification in the continental United States and interprets more than 450 years of cultural intersections.First admission is at 9:00 am and last admission is at 5:00 pm. The Standard Entrance Pass cost is $15.

Fort Mose Historic State Park is a 40-acre waterfront historic site.The park offers&nbsp;picnic areas, observation and birding boardwalk, kayak launch boardwalk, a visitor center and museum. Many educational opportunities are available, particularly for visitors interested in history or wildlife viewing.Enter the year 1738 on the self-guided Flight to Freedom Trail and discover how men, women, and children risked their lives to secure freedom for themselves and their families.Those inclined toward&nbsp;history will enjoy the interactive museum that tells the complete story of the first legally sanctioned free African settlement in what would become the United States.Visitors interested in birding will enjoy ample viewing opportunities for species such as the great blue heron, bald eagle, and white ibis.Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.Admission to park grounds is free. Colonial America started right HERE, 55 years before the Pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock, and 42 years before Jamestown!With a long, rich history spanning nearly 500 years, the Fountain of Youth Park will delight and amaze you. Whether you visit for an hour or take all day, 15 waterfront acres will provide you with hours of enjoyment.Open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily; Last Ticket Sold at 5:00 pm. Fountain of Youth

The St. Augustine Lighthouse &amp; Maritime Museum is a nonprofit dedicated to its mission to discover, preserve, present and keep alive the stories of the Nation's Oldest Port. A privately maintained aid to navigation, it is an active, working lighthouse in St. Augustine, Florida. The current lighthouse stands at the north end of Anastasia Island and was built between 1871 and 1874.Open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. The last ticket is sold at 5:30 pm. General Admission for Adults is $14.95.

Meehan’s Irish Pub &amp; Seafood House is the place for locals and visitors to feel right at home in a comfortable traditional Irish Pub, Backyard or Johnny’s Oyster Bar. Have a pint, swap a story, and stay for dinner. Traditional Irish food and signature seafood dishes are their specialty, including Corned Beef &amp; Cabbage, Fish &amp; Chips, and Shepherd’s Pie. They have a variety of burgers and sandwiches, as well as a raw seafood bar and local seafood favorites.
