We ask that all RSVP’s are made as soon as possible. Our latest date to accept is April 25th. This will give us and the vendors plenty of time to ensure accurate amounts of food and drinks.

The dress code is “Cowboy Semi-Formal.” We ask that you dress in traditional semi-formal attire, the only difference is that jeans are acceptable. We also highly encourage all of our friends and family to dress within our colors of spring pastels to make the day all the more special. Need help? The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm so we are asking that our friends and family arrive at least 15 minute before then to ensure a prompt start to the wedding.

There is a large gravel lot on the back side of the building. There will be a golf cart service to the ceremony seating for those that need it. The Atwell Suites, which we have room blocks at, has a complimentary shuttle service for those who want it or for those who may party too hard.

When you search your name to RSVP everyone in your party should pop up. We ask that you only bring those who are invited. If you have any questions please reach out to either Emily or Norman.

Yes! The venue has a beautiful outdoor and indoor ceremony space. We plan to have the ceremony outside then move the party inside for the reception.

Yes! Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. We ask that everyone is responsible with their drinking. No outside drinks are allowed at the venue.

Yes! We have two hotels that are blocked under the name Highfill Wedding. You can find details about these in the travel tab of the website. Please note that the Atwell offers shuttle service to both the airport and venue while the SpringHill offers a shuttle to and from the airport.
