17 Rooms:5 Queen rooms and 7 King rooms blocked Thurs, Aug 28 to Sun, Aug 30 (3 nights) An additional 5 king rooms are blocked for Fri, Aug 29 to Sun, Aug 30 (2 nights) 2 queen beds @ $193.50 per room per night plus tax.1 king bed @$183.60 per room per night plus tax.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1) Cancellation Policy:&nbsp;Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the 3 pm arrival time.&nbsp;For guests checking in on August 28th, 2025, any reservations canceled after 3 pm on August 27th, 2025 will be charged for one night, room, and tax charge.&nbsp;If you book for a different night in the block, please remember it is 24 hours before 3 pm the day of arrival.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2) Credit cards are given for guarantees.&nbsp;If found to not have sufficient&nbsp;funds available on the day of arrival, this will result in the reservation being canceled and the room&nbsp;resold.&nbsp;The hotel will not hold rooms with declined credit cards. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3) Cut-Off Date: The remaining rooms that are not picked up (reserved) on July 28th, 2025 will&nbsp;automatically fall out of the block and will no longer be available for the discounted rate. 4) Payment Policy:&nbsp;Individually by Credit Card.&nbsp;Cash is accepted as payment at check out only, no exceptions. Cash-paying guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check-in. (a credit card authorization will be obtained to cover the cost of the room plus 20 dollars per night, (No exceptions). Credit cards given to hold the rooms must be valid. We authorize the credit cards after the cancelation period ends, if a credit card is declined at the time of authorization the reservation will no longer be credit card guaranteed and will be canceled. Guests must physically present their credit card at check-in, we do not allow check-in without a physical card in hand.&nbsp;It is the responsibility of the group leader to make this, clear to all group members.

Free Transportation is provided on the wedding day! Shuttles will depart from Cobblestone Hotel at 3:00 PM and AmericInn Hotel at 3:13 PMCantilever at 3:15 PM and Thunderbird at 3:30 PM. Shuttles will drop guests at the Foundation House with follow-on service after the ceremony to the reception at Sha Sha Resort. Shuttle service is again provided from 9:30 to 11:30 pm to return guests to the Cobblestone Hotel and AmericInn Hotel.&nbsp;Please speak with the driver if you need to be dropped at a different location in International Falls.&nbsp;We want everyone to have a safe ride home, so please take advantage of this service if you need it! We will also offer free taxi rides through TK taxi from Ranier Muni 12-2am For those attending Sunday Brunch at the Foundation House, please contact TK Taxi at 218-240-5852 if transportation is needed, or if you need to return to Sha Sha to get your vehicle.&nbsp;Thanks!
