An additional 5 king rooms are blocked for Fri, Aug 29 to Sun, Aug 30 (2 nights)

2 queen beds @ $193.50 per room per night plus tax.

1 king bed @$183.60 per room per night plus tax.

1) Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the 3 pm arrival time. For guests checking in on August 28th, 2025, any reservations canceled after 3 pm on August 27th, 2025 will be charged for one night, room, and tax charge. If you book for a different night in the block, please remember it is 24 hours before 3 pm the day of arrival.

2) Credit cards are given for guarantees. If found to not have sufficient funds available on the day of arrival, this will result in the reservation being canceled and the room resold. The hotel will not hold rooms with declined credit cards.

3) Cut-Off Date: The remaining rooms that are not picked up (reserved) on July 28th, 2025 will automatically fall out of the block and will no longer be available for the discounted rate.

4) Payment Policy: Individually by Credit Card. Cash is accepted as payment at check out only, no exceptions. Cash-paying guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check-in. (a credit card authorization will be obtained to cover the cost of the room plus 20 dollars per night, (No exceptions). Credit cards given to hold the rooms must be valid. We authorize the credit cards after the cancelation period ends, if a credit card is declined at the time of authorization the reservation will no longer be credit card guaranteed and will be canceled. Guests must physically present their credit card at check-in, we do not allow check-in without a physical card in hand. It is the responsibility of the group leader to make this, clear to all group members.
