Booking Details: If you will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, your rooms must be booked no later than Friday, May 10th, 2024. To receive the block rates, you MUST indicate that you are booking with the Heath-Davis Wedding!

Room Block Information:

- The dates of the block rooms will be from Friday, May 31st to Sunday, June 2nd. If you arrive before or leave after those dates, the rates will be at the discretion of the hotel's regular booking.

- We have set aside plenty of rooms for our guests to be accommodated, so don't worry that they will run out! Also, the price of the rooms will not change if you book later rather than sooner!

Room Types & Rates: You may choose from the following room types: (1) King Bed, (2) Queen Beds, or a Junior Suite. Both the King & Queen rooms will be at the rate of $139/night. The Junior Suites will be at a rate of $159/night.

Transportation: If you are flying in and/or out of the Texarkana Regional Airport, the hotel will provide a shuttle service for your convenience. Please come back to view details regarding how to utilize the Shuttle Service.

Parking: If you are traveling within driving distance of TXK and choose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, there is plenty of parking available for your vehicle at the hotel and extended parking in the attached Convention Center parking lot.

Cancellation Policy: If a circumstance arises making you unable to utilize the room you reserved, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before Check-In for a full refund.
