For all on-site guests check in is on Monday, November 11th between 11am and 12:30. Please arrive to Gilbersville Farmhouse by check-in time.

Off-site accommodations are available in Oneonta, NY. Below are the two hotels that have hotel blocks for the Emery wedding for the same price. You must call the hotel and ask to book the night or nights you desire for the Emery wedding.


You cannot receive the discounted rate through online booking. The discounted rate is also only available up to 30 days before the wedding, so October 10, 2024 is the last day to book to receive the discounted rate. 


We have provided a shuttle bus that will bring you to and from the wedding will pick up and drop off at the Courtyard by Marriott. This is next to the Holiday Inn Express that is within walking distance. 


The shuttle will pick up from the Marriott on Tuesday at 2:45 and drop you back off at the Marriott after the wedding. Check-in is currently 3pm at the hotel. We are currently working on finding a solution on how to have guests either check-in early or check-in prior to the shuttle. TBD on a solution to this.
