Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony will be held at St. Philip Catholic Church in Franklin, TN. Our ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass which typically lasts up to one hour!
The cocktail hour and reception will be held at the Hilton Cool Springs in Franklin, TN.
What time should I arrive to the venue?
Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Likewise, please arrive on-time as the ceremony will begin promptly at the start time on your invitation.
Is transportation provided from the ceremony to the reception.
No, group transportation will not be provided. Both venues are easily accessible by car and have ample parking available.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
Yes! We love your little ones and will be hosting a kid-friendly celebration! If your child's name appears on your RSVP, they're warmly invited to join us for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Please note that our ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass, which typically lasts an hour. We understand that little ones can get restless, so if your child becomes upset or needs a break, we kindly ask that you step outside momentarily to ensure everyone can enjoy the service.
What should I wear?
Semi-Formal Attire
Men: Suits/Khakis
Women: Semi-formal or cocktail dresses
Remember no white, ivory, or cream! Let the bride have her day!
Since the ceremony will take place in a Catholic church, we kindly ask that attire be respectful- consider bringing a jacket or shawl if wearing something more revealing.

Where should I park?
Both of our venues have plenty of parking on site! For the ceremony, guests are encouraged to park in the 2nd Street Garage. For the reception, the Hilton has plenty of on site parking.
What should I do during the "Catholic gap" between the ceremony and reception?
Franklin is a beautiful little town! Feel free to explore downtown Franklin after the ceremony and soak in all the historic town has to offer.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We will be joined by a professional photographer and videographer, so please, keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony. Once the reception begins, feel free to snap and share all the joyful moments that we are so looking forward to!
Will you have an open bar?
We will be a hosting an open bar for two hours. After that, the bar will turn into a cash bar- we can't wait to raise a glass with you!
