Unfortunately the only kids will be in the wedding. We totally understand this makes travel more difficult and we are working on a sitter solution for those who can't leave their kiddos at home.

We want everyone especially everyone traveling to be able to bring a plus one. We are waiting to see who actually says they're definitely coming before making an official decision. At the moment we've tried to go by whose married or engaged, whose in the wedding, and anyone traveling. What will help a lot is any confirmation on who can definitely come, that way we know for sure how many people to plan for.

at the latest we need them back by January 15th. Though to be safe we put the 7th on our invitations that way there was a grace period. Keep in mine that to plan for food and seating and gifts etc we need a definite final count on how many people are 100 percent making the trip and spending this very special day with our family.

Ceremony seating is open, there will be no sides and anyone from any family or group is welcome to sit wherever they would like. As far as our reception, we decided against assigning seats as we are doing long tables instead of rounds. If you don't get along with someone don't sit near them. This is a drama free event, anyone who starts it will be asked to leave.
