What time does the shuttle leave from my hotel?

Bus One:

Residence Inn- Bus Departs at 2:45

Richmond Marriott Short Pump- Bus Departs at 3:00

Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa- Bus Departs at 3:15

Bus Two:

Aloft Richmond- Bus departs at 2:45

Hyatt House Richmond- Bus departs at 3:00

Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa- Bus Departs at 3:15

The times noted are departure times so aim to be in the hotel lobby area at least five minutes prior to the time indicated for your hotel. Both buses will pick up people from the Hilton.

What if we are at one of the hotels but not in the wedding block?

No worries! When you check in, please just let the front desk know so that they can give you a welcome bag with info for the weekend.

What is the recommended attire?

Black Tie Optional

Men may wish to wear a tux or dark suit

Women may wish to wear a long gown or cocktail attire

Will ridesharing services, such as Uber and Lyft, be available in the area?

They are widely available between the airport and hotels, as well as around the Short Pump area (where the hotels are). However they are not as dependable around the venue. We reccomend using the shuttle service that will be provided between the hotels and venue the day of the wedding.
