All rooms that were reserved for our guests have been released back to the resort. Guests can still book through Paradise Wedding Travel Agency.

We can't guarantee the same rates that we previously had as room rates are subject to the resort and availability.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PLAN:

1st Deposit:

To hold your room, we will need a deposit of $150 USD per room

2nd Deposit:

2-night room stay cost due by September 11th, 2023.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance will be due by January 17th, 2024.

CANCELLATION:

From the time of booking to September 11th, 2023, your deposit is refundable.*** Please note that the insurance fee is non-refundable***

From September 11th, 2023 to January 16th, 2024, first and second deposit fees are non-refundable. There are also penalties for reducing the number of nights or people in the room.

From January 17th, 2024 to your Travel Date, any room cancelation will result in a 100% penalty per room.

** Please note that without insurance, you will not be able to cancel and receive a refund for any reason. Including but not limited to COVID-19, unexpected emergencies, inability to travel, etc.**

Lu will need your name and last name as it shows on the passport, date of birth, travel dates, room category, and credit card information, including the billing address for booking.
