Massages and Pool Day

THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 2026 Enjoy a day by the pool with music, games, and the option for massages on the sundeck! Massages are available to all guests staying at Playa Fiesta, Costa Sur, and offsite guests that are utilizing their day pass starting at 9:00 AM. One 30 minute massage available per person for $25 service charge (plus tax).

THE WEDDING 4:45 PM-11:00 PMAttire: Black-tie optional Join us at 4:45pm for a pre-ceremony cocktail or mocktail on the pool deck before grabbing your seat! Ceremony will start promptly at 5:15pm. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow!

Saturday, January 24, 2026 Join us for brunch from 10 AM-12 PM followed by one last full day at the pool and beach before heading back home on Sunday!

Getting to Puerto Vallarta

﻿Get your passport ready and fly into Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport, otherwise known as Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)!

Transportation

Cabs and Ubers are very accessible in Puerto Vallarta and are often the cheapest way to get around! Taxis are available curbside at the airport exit. For Uber, you can call the car from your app as normal, then cross the pedestrian bridge to the left of the airport exit to access the pickup area. If you are traveling with a large group, you may want to consider pre-arranging a transportation service. These services can accommodate groups of up to 16 with their largest vehicles. How to Get There

All wedding events will be happening at Hotel Playa Fiesta! Space at this hotel is limited and room reservations are available first come, first serve. If you do not reserve a room at Hotel Playa Fiesta, we have a hotel block with their partnered hotel, Costa Sur Resort and Spa which ensures you will still have full access to the the pool and open bar at Hotel Playa Fiesta at no additional cost! There is a 4-night minimum stay at Hotel Playa Fiesta with a flat rate for two guests from Wednesday, January 21st - Sunday, January 25th ($1360). The room rate includes breakfast each morning, and open bar 8am-11pm daily. If you would like to join us earlier, you can add one or two additional nights starting Monday, January 19th! Most of the room have one king size bed and some have one queen size bed, and there are some suites that can accommodate a twin bed in addition (to accommodate a third person). If more than 2 guests are staying in the same room, please see below.&nbsp;Additional guest fees will apply* To make your reservation at Hotel Playa Fiesta, please follow the instructions below: 1. Visit www.playafiesta.com and click on Reservations on the home page.2. Enter AveryAndEmily for the promo code and click apply3. Enter no more than 2 guests per bedroom (even if there are more)4. Enter Wednesday, January 21st, 2026 for your arrival date and Sunday, January 25th, 2026 for your departure date (unless you are adding on additional nights). **5. Once you have entered your dates, click Search. If rooms are still available, you will be able to click Book Now to enter your payment information.- Add any additional guest names for your reservation under "Comments", as well as ages of any children staying in the same room.6. Once you have entered all of your information, click Complete Booking. *An additional adult, 16 years and up, will be 50% of the nightly package price (plus tax and 15% tip). Each child 3-15 years will be 25% of the nightly package price (plus tax and 15% tip). Children 2 years and under are free! **Additional nights are available for Monday and Tuesday (January 19-20) if you would like to extend your stay for a rate of $338 per bedroom, per night (plus service charges and taxes). This includes the all-day open bar and the breakfast buffet for 2 guests/bedroom. Your credit card will not be charged until checkout at the hotel! Only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted, as debit cards often have trouble processing in Mexico. Additional food (that is not included or provided as a part of the wedding events), drink, and incidentals will be added to your room at checkout. 10% service charge and 21% tax will be added automatically as well.

If you weren't able to snag a room at Hotel Playa Fiesta, no worries! Playa Fiesta partners with Costa Sur Resort and Spa right down the road (2 minutes by cab or 9 minute walk) and ensures that you will still have full access to the pool and open bar at Hotel Playa Fiesta (as long as you book directly through the Playa Fiesta link)! To book a room at Costa Sur, please follow the instructions below: 1. Go to www.playafiesta.com and click Reservations on the home page. Do not book through Costa Sur's or other third party websites as you will not have the added access to the facilities at Hotel Playa Fiesta outside of the scheduled wedding events.* 2. Enter AandE@CostaSur for the promo code and click Apply- Enter no more than 2 guests per room. If more than 2 guests are staying in the same room, please see below. **- There is a 3 night minimum stay. Please enter your arrival and departure dates within the window of Wednesday, January 21st, 2026 and Sunday, January 25th, 2026.- Additional nights are available for Monday and Tuesday (January 19th-20th) if you would like to extend your stay for a rate of $375.75 per night. Please note that these additional nights do not count towards the 3 night minimum. Please include these dates in your reservation above if desired.3. Once you have entered your dates, click Search.
