Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, their name will be listed on your wedding invitation or it will state your name "and Guest" and appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions!
How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP online on our wedding website by going to the RSVP tab on the Home page and entering your last name. You will see the name of those in your party where you can RSVP for each person. If you are having trouble, please do not hesitate to text Emily (256)-213-8995 or Brendan (256)-701-7069 and we will manually enter your RSVP for you! We are happy to help.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by May 11, 2024 on our wedding website under the RSVP tab. We will need an exact headcount for seating and dining.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Can we bring children?
While we would love to see your kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions being immediate family). We hope you understand and encourage parents to use this evening as a date night! Please reach out to us with any concerns.
What should I wear?
We would love to see everyone get dressed up with us! Attire is semi-formal. You are more than welcome to participate in our wedding color scheme. Our colors include shades of orange and pink, but please wear what makes you feel best!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception and dancing will be indoors with plenty of air conditioning. Feel free to bring a change of shoes to dance comfortably.
Will dinner be provided?
Yes! We will have a cheese display immediately following the ceremony. After cocktail hour, we will have a buffet-style dinner with Caesar salad, rolls, reggae chicken, bourbon glazed ham, roasted veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. Make sure you save some space for cake and dessert as well!
Will there be a bar?
Yes! We will have an open bar with beer, seltzers, champagne, and a selection of red and white wine. We will also have non-alcoholic options. The venue owners have kindly said that you can collect your car at any time the next day if you would like to leave it there overnight.
Can i take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have great photographers and will absolutely share those photos with you! However, PLEASE take as many photos & videos as you would like after the ceremony. Keep an eye out for the QR codes posted at the reception so you can share ALL your photos & videos with us!
