We will be in Calgary/Canmore early in the week but whenever works best for you. We will be hosting a welcome drink on Thursday evening for whoever is in town and we'd love for everyone to come have one final cheers with us before we say our I do's

We will be hanging out at one of the local dive bars in town, Rose and Crown from 7-9pm. Our goal is to get the party started the night before and have a chance to welcome everyone to Canmore before the big day starts. Rose and Crown is very laid back so please wear whatever you are comfortable in!

Dress code is formal attire. We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride- white, ivories or creams. But don't forget comfy shoes for the dance floor later that evening!

The ceremony will start at promptly 4pm so please plan on arriving to Silvertip at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. There will be a golf cart bringing guests to the ceremony location. Those who arrive after the ceremony start time will be able to join the celebration after the ceremony is over. There will be transportation provided to the wedding location.

There will be transportation provided to and from the wedding site. Pick up location is at the CORNERSTONE parking lot starting at 2:45pm. There is street parking if you bring your car, please do not park in the parking lot. The shuttle will fit 15-20 people at a time so it will need to take multiple trips so please plan accordingly. In the evening, the shuttle will bring you directly back to your accommodations in town. We highly encourage taking the shuttles since there are no ride-share options in town and we want everyone to enjoy the night and also get home safe. Yes! But there will be a shuttle bringing guests to Silvertip for the wedding. Otherwise, there is plenty of complementary parking at the venue and you are more than welcome to leave your car overnight in the Silvertip parking lot.

We kindly request that you enjoy our moment with us and be completely present during the ceremony. There will be a professional photographer capturing the day that we will share with everyone so please leave your cell phones on silent and tucked away for the entire ceremony.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting). Reception will be inside.

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate. Please drink responsibly and know that there will be a complimentary shuttle that will bring you from Silvertip back to your accommodations that evening.

Check if your airbnb offers a park pass for you to use while you're in Canmore. If you should choose to visit Banff, you will need a park pass to get in since it is a national park.
