For those traveling from the United States. It is easiest to fly into Calgary International Airport and drive to Canmore which is a 1 hour and 45 minutes from the airport. While Canmore is extremely walk-able (with some buses and taxis) and transportation will be provided home from our wedding, Uber/Lyfts are not common there. Renting a car will be helpful for getting to/from the airport and any extra places you would like to travel while in Alberta.
