We met through our mutual friend Danny Valvoda on a fall night in October 2021. We bonded over our connection to Toledo, OH as we both grew up there not too far from each other. Since the night we met we have never looked back and we have been there for each other every step of the way. In our time together we have taken many trips from Northern Michigan to Southern Kentucky to Lake James Indiana. Nate says "The Great Lakes are great!" and so we have never ventured too far that is why Emily is surprised we are going to Mexico for our honeymoon! On another fall evening in October 2023 Nate asked Emily to marry him at the Franklin Park Conservatory. That brings us to now, we are eagerly awaiting our wedding near Toledo where we will vow to spend forever together.
