We would love to see family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all outdoors under a tent in the grass please plan accordingly.

We recommend you arrive by 4:30pm. This is 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to use this as there is limited parking at the venue. If you are not staying at the designated hotel you can still park in Levis Commons and hop on the shuttle, use Uber/Lyft or carpool. The Shuttle will run 3:00pm-5:00pm and 9:30pm-11:30pm.

There is very minimal parking on site!! Please Uber/Lyft, carpool or use the shuttle option from the hotel.

There will be appetizers and dinner service following the ceremony. We will have an open bar with beer, seltzer, wine and mixed cocktails. Please plan ahead and do not drive if you choose to drink.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony and we don’t want any cellphones in the photos.

Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We love all the children in our lives! If you have any concerns about this please reach out. If you received a plus one it will be listed on your invitation by name.
