YES! We have arranged a room block at a local hotel, only a few blocks from the venue! Please see the "Travel & Shuttle" section of this website. You may book online, or call into the hotel using the group code 918. Please book by August 4th, if possible. Block expires September 2nd. We will have a constant shuttle between the venue/hotel between the hours of 1p-4p and 8p-11p. :)

YES. Of course!

Yes! Parking is located in the main lot with access on Washington Street (a two minute walk). For guests that need to park closer, they should park in the Albert Boscov Garage (directly across from GW) and then prior to leaving from the event, they should check with our front desk for the parking validation code.
