We will have a 4:00pm ceremony at the Osceola Arbor overlooking Corcoran Pond with Mt. Osceola in the background. This site is in easy walking distance from all lodging, Town Square, and the reception. There is very limited parking across from the ceremony site. We highly suggest walking to reserve the on-site parking for those in most need. Waterville Valley is a small and walk-able town. Parking is available at the Town Square/Black Bear Lodge or at the reception site (Waterville Valley Conference Center), both only a 5 minute walk away. If coming from Town Square, go over the foot bridge and walk to the small beach at Corcoran Pond. Walk through the beach and follow the dirt path, staying straight. After a very short walk, you'll reach the Osceola Arbor. If coming from the reception site (Waterville Valley Conference Center), walk to the Golden Eagle Lodge. To the left of the entrance is an archway that takes you to the back of the building. Continue through the archway down the path until you reach the beach at Corcoran Pond. Walk through the beach and follow the dirt path, staying straight. After a very short walk, you'll reach the Osceola Arbor. For those who may experience difficulties walking, there is limited parking available across from the Osceola Arbor. Access the parking area from Valley Road.

Please join us for a cocktail hour immediately after the wedding ceremony at the Speakeasy Bar & Deck @ Waterville Valley Conference Center, located right outside from the tent where our reception will be held. If walking from the ceremony site (only a 5 minute walk), turn right and walk down the dirt path until you get to the beach at Corcoran Pond. At the end of the beach, take a left through the archway of the Golden Eagle Lodge. Continue walking through the parking lot to the main road and take a right. The Waterville Valley Conference Center will be on your right. If driving from the ceremony site, take a right onto Valley Road and then your first right onto Packards Road. The Waterville Valley Conference Center will be on the right, with parking right across the street.

After the cocktail hour, please join us at our reception for dinner and dancing inside the Garden Terrace Tent behind the Waterville Valley Conference Center.
