Waterville Valley is a beautiful ski-town located in the White Mountain National Forest. Once you get there, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk! For those who prefer not to stay over night, Waterville is an easy and close drive, located just 1 ¼ hours from the Manchester, NH and just 2 hours from Boston, MA.
Getting to Waterville:
From Manchester, NH: 70 miles, 1 ¼ hours. Take I-293 to I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.
From Boston: 130 miles, 2 hours. Take I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.
From Providence, RI: 160 miles, 2 ½ hours. Take Rt. 1-95 N to Rt. 128 to NH Rt. 3 N to 1-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.
From New York, NY: 325 miles, 6 hours. Take 1-95 N to I-91 N to I-84 E to Mass. Turnpike to I-290 E to I-495 N to NH Rt. 3 N to I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

Listed below are description of the lodging properties and rates as well as 'book by' dates. Availability and rates are not guaranteed after that date. The summer months provide plenty of activity! Many of our lodging properties include the Freedom Pass with your stay. This pass provides you with access to indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, tennis, golf, biking, chairlift rides and much more. THE BLACK BEAR LODGE
23 Black Bear Road, Waterville Valley, NH 03215
These condos have the ability to sleep up to eight people, a full kitchen, dining area, and family room. The Black Bear Lodge has a ½ indoor -½ outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzis, saunas and game room. Includes Freedom Pass.

THE TOWN SQUARE CONDOS
33 Village Road, Waterville Valley, NH 03215
The Town Square Condominiums offer three bedrooms/two bathrooms as well as full kitchens and can accommodate up to eight people. Staying at the Town Square Condos places you in the heart of the village where the shops, restaurants and Adventure Center are located. There are stairs to each condo. Includes Freedom Pass.
Two-night minimum stay requirement.

Bed setup: Usually 2 queens, 2 twins, and a set of bunk beds.
