IMPORTANT- We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Madison/Verona for your convenience. Using the code above will give you a discount on your booking. You must book your room at least 30 days before the wedding (by April 20th) or you will not be guaranteed a room.

WE ONLY HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF BLOCKED ROOMS AVAILABLE. The hotel is fully booked outside of our block, so it is first come first serve as far as getting a room. If you are interested in sharing a room with another guest, feel free to reach out to Oliver and he can connect you with somebody else who may be looking to do so.

If you wish to find alternative accommodations (or if the above hotel is fully booked) there are other hotel, Airbnb, and VRBO options in the Mt.Horeb/Verona/Madison area.

These options are NOT going to have the venue shuttle, but please reach out to Oliver if travel to the venue is a concern and he can help find options :)

Transportation-

We have booked a shuttle bus to transport guests from the Hyatt Place hotel to the venue, and back. Please check this page again prior to the event to confirm the departure times.

Uber/Lyft are also available, and if you choose to drive there is parking available at the venue, and your vehicle can be left there overnight if you choose to drink and take a Uber/Lyft back to your hotel.
