What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Music and seating begins at 12:00pm.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony takes place outside in the beautiful historic gardens of Stan Hywet Hall. Cocktail hour and the reception takes place indoors.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
Ceremony:
Music and seating begins at 12:00pm.
Ceremony begins at 12:30pm.
Reception:
Cocktail hour: 2-3pm
Dinner & Dancing: 3-7pm
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is parking at Stan Hywet Hall. It is a short walk across the grounds to the ceremony site. If you have mobility issues, please reach out prior to the wedding to secure transportation across the grounds.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we would love to have all the little ones with us, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert.
Can I bring a date (plus one) to your wedding?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own.
Therefore, we regretfully request that our guests do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
