We will be hosting an informal happy hour to welcome everyone to town and say hi before the big event. We will have drinks and some light appetizers at McMenamins in Bend from 4:30-6:30.

We will be serving breakfast at Pioneer Park in Bend from 10-11:30. It is an easy walk from downtown and right across from Wall Street Suites. We hope to have a chance to say goodbye to everyone before they head out of town!

Bend is known for having amazing hiking, mountain biking, and rafting. We will add some good options at a later date.

Bend is a fun city to walk around. There are a lot of parks, cute shops and good food. We will add some of the places you should visit at a later date.

The closest airport to Bend, is Redmond airport. It is about a 25 minute drive to Bend and you can rent a car there.

One option, that is probably a bit cheaper is to fly into Portland and rent a car there. There is also a shuttle down to Bend from the Portland airport.
