Our Wedding

Black Butte Ranch

We recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible to ensure you get what you want - houses at BBR will fill up fast and to have the best experience, you’ll want to stay on property rather than in Sisters or Bend. If you’d like to enjoy the entire weekend with us, we recommend booking your stay for Thursday to Sunday. You can book directly with Black Butte Ranch online, or work with a human concierge by emailing reservations@blackbutteranch.com or calling 800-452-7455. Make sure to mention the Weiglin-Beasley wedding in the reservation notes to receive a 10% discount. Additional houses are available through VRBO and Airbnb, although the discount only applies to accommodations booked directly with BBR. If you have questions or want recommendations, feel free to ask Emily, Nick, or anyone in the Weiglin or Beasley family.

9-Hole Golf Scramble

Big Meadow Golf Course at Black Butte Ranch. Don't forget to bring your clubs! Rentals are also available for those that need them. This is an unhosted event; please pay for our round and golf cart in the pro shop. See below for your pairings and tee times. We will have prizes for long drive, closest to the pin, and 1st and 2nd place, so make sure to stick around until everyone has finished! If you didn't sign up for the tournament but still want to hang out, come to Big Meadow Golf Course where you can get lunch and drinks at Robert's Pub, and play on the short putting course, "Little Meadow". We suggest making a "tee time" online for that in case it gets busy.
