The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We will have pre-cermony cocktails beginning at 3:30pm. For those of you that have requested shuttle service, the shuttle will get you there on time! Emily or Nick will reach out to you soon with a specific pick up time for your location.

We are requesting a formal attire. For the gentlemen, tuxes are not required but we ask that you wear a suit or sports coat. For the ladies, midi or floor-length dresses, or dressy cocktail dresses/jumpsuits will all be appropriate. Our wedding ceremony will be on grass, so please keep that in mind for your footwear.

Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, dinner and dancing is indoors.

The weather will be warm but still cool at night. Black Butte has their own micro climate with its location at the base of the mountains so be prepared for weather to roll in.

While we adore your little ones, we are hoping to keep our wedding and reception adults only. If you need a babysitter, Black Butte Ranch has child care options. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

If we invited your date, your invite will be addressed to you and your date. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions!
