What is Garden Party Attire?

With our wedding taking place on the beautiful grounds of Westfield County Club we would like our guests to look as if they are ready for a garden party. Think tea length floral dresses for ladies and light colored suits for men. We are asking that guests avoid wearing black when possible. Our ceremony will be outside so please dress for the weather.

Will there be a welcome party?

The families of the couple will be hosting a welcome party for those staying at the hotel and the bridal party. The Welcome Party will take place following the Wedding Rehearsal.

Will there be an after party following the Wedding?

The couple will be providing late night snacks and celebration in the hotel lobby following the wedding.

Will there be a goodbye brunch?

There will be brunch at the hotel for those staying on Sunday morning. Please join the bride and the groom.

Will children be included in the wedding?

As much as we love your kids, and we really do, we are asking that unless we specify your children’s name on the invitation, you please make this an adults only event.

How do I RSVP?

Please go to the RSVP section of our website and select your name. From there you will be guided through a few questions!

Will there be transportation on wedding day?

Our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same venue, which is a quick walk across the square to the hotel. No transportation needed!

Is there a hotel block for hotel reservations?

Yes, we have a block of 30 rooms at the Westfield Inn. There are a variety of rooms. For reservations please either call or make reservations through the link in the travel section of the website!

When should I arrive?

We ask that guests arrive around 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please arrive at 4:15.

Can I bring a plus one?

We will explicitly state who is invited on your formal invitation. Please look for specifications on formal invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar throughout the cocktail hour, and reception. The bar will close during the dinner service.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

We will be having a devices free ceremony. We ask that all guests unplug and enjoy. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer who will be capturing all the moment and we will be happy to share.

Where should I park?

The Blair Conference Center has plenty of spaces for parking when you pull into the venue.
