Please bring your personal vehicle to the wedding ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony, you may take your personal vehicle back to the hotel, where a shuttle bus will pick you up and take you to the reception. The shuttle bus will also make two trips back to the hotel toward the end of the night.

Shuttle Pick-Up Times:

A shuttle bus will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the reception.

Holiday Inn Reedsburg: Leaves 3:45 PM

Hotel Hillsboro: Leaves 4:25 PM

Arrive at Reception: 4:30 PM

**Please note: The bus will leave promptly at the times listed above. Please load the shuttle in advance.

End of the Night Departures:

The shuttle will make two trips from the reception back to the hotel.

First Departure: Leave Reception at 10:00 PM

Hotel Hillsboro: Arrive at 10:05 PM

Holiday Inn Reedsburg: Arrive at 10:45 PM

Second Departure:
Leave Reception at ~11:45 PM
(or ~15 minutes after the last song)

Hotel Hillsboro: Arrive at 11:50 PM

Holiday Inn Reedsburg: Arrive at 12:30 AM
