Our Wedding

Emma and Vince were destined to be together..and that was according to their, at the time, 16-year-old older siblings Zannah and Anthony.&nbsp; A plot began for Vince and Emma to get to know each other before they both started high school together at Hill-Murray.&nbsp; Freshman year began and the pair had multiple classes together, including first hour English where Vince would say hi to Emma every morning.&nbsp; The years of high school flew by; Vince being the social butterfly he is, involved in multiple sports and activities, while Emma was quieter, focused on her schoolwork and gymnastics.&nbsp; It wasn’t until junior year when the two started hanging out in the same social circle.&nbsp; Emma even invited Vince to a school play and purposely didn’t invite anyone else (was this their first date?).&nbsp; In the Hill-Murray auditorium, Emma met multiple family members on the Hurley side, accidentally.&nbsp; They continued to be friends, but were always drawn to each other.&nbsp; Vince even tried to get Emma to sit next to him in the mornings before class and she said no every time.&nbsp; Their official first date was one of the last days of school, where they were going to “study” for finals.&nbsp; They went to Yogurt Lab and bonded over the many similarities they had.&nbsp; Emma got a C- on the final.&nbsp; On July 11, 2019- Vince asked Emma to be his girlfriend on a hike near his house.&nbsp; Officially together, one month before going to separate colleges.&nbsp; Now, after six years of dating, more than four years of long distance, two college graduations, dozens of college gymnastics meets, hundreds of FaceTime calls, a torn Achilles, a passed PA exam, a news reporter job, an official role as a PA at Mayo Clinic, and a million laughs later- they officially get to hang out forever!&nbsp;&nbsp; Looking back at their scheming older siblings, Emma and Vince agree, they were destined to be together.
