Emma and Luke met at Red Deer College during their first semester of nursing school

After graduating, their friendship blossomed

In the fall of 2021, Emma moved to Saudi Arabia, and in the winter of 2021, Luke moved to British Columbia.

Having spent a year apart, Luke finally realized how much Emma meant to him. When she returned from Saudi Arabia, she went to Kelowna to help him "move" back to Alberta, and the two started dating

As a couple, Emma and Luke did three travel nursing contracts that allowed them to explore parts of the USA together
