Here is a birds eye view of Avondale community and where you can find venue locations, along with parking and various washroom facilities.

There will be champagne served prior to the ceremony, so feel free to come early (~3:30pm) to enjoy a glass in the field and take in the sights of the Avon River.

Proceeding the ceremony, guests are encouraged to either drive or walk down to the reception venue for cocktail hour.

If weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will be moved to the reception venue. Stay tuned for further updates.

There will be a cash bar by donation for the reception and dance.

Here is the itinerary for the shuttle service to and from Windsor. Residents in the Windsor area are more than welcome to utilize as well.

Arrive to Ceremony (3pm to 4pm)

- First pickup will be at Clock Maker Inn (~3pm)

- Second pickup at Super 8 (~3:15pm)

- Guests arrive at Ceremony location (~3:40pm)

Depart from Reception (10pm/1030pm to 12am)

- First shuttle will depart reception venue at 10pm/1030pm and travel to Windsor to drop off guests at Super 8 & Clock Maker Inn

- Last shuttle will depart reception venue at 12am and travel to Windsor to drop off guests at Super 8 & Clock Maker Inn
