Our venue has restricted parking so we ask that all guests utilize the complimentary transportation provided to and from the wedding. Pick-up will be at 3:15PM at the Fairfield Inn, Portsmouth, NH., followed by 3:30PM pick-up at the York Hannaford Lot continuing on to the venue with return shuttles provided at the event end at 10PM. If you require parking on site, approval is required prior to the wedding day so please let us know at your earlier convenience.

Scotland Fields is located in the beautiful York, Maine. The address is: 250 Cider Hill Road, York, Maine 03909. It's a quick hour and 15 minute drive from Boston, and a ~45 minute drive from Portland, Maine. Situated on 26 picturesque acres along the York River, the venue has stunning views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserves. The property also includes two thoughtfully restored historic homes (a 1732 farmhouse and a 1908 craftsman bungalow), a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset.

Parking on site is limited to 35 cars, and this will be limited to guests staying at the house, immediate family members, and vendors. If you're driving, we recommend you either carpool, or park at the York Hannaford to get picked up by our shuttle service around 3:30 to arrive at our venue at 3:40pm on 9/21.

The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors. Please remember to bring an extra layer in case it's cool or windy during the ceremony. Maine Falls can be surprisingly cool (or warm, hence the layers)!

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please arrive between 3:30pm-4:00pm so that you have time to settle in before we start.

If you'd rather stay in an Airbnb or VRBO, our venue is located in York, Maine, but we also highly recommend looking into staying in Portsmouth, NH (15 min drive from the venue), or Kittery, Maine (10 min drive from the venue). Portsmouth has a bunch of cute restaurants and shops if that's more of what you're looking for.

When you RSVP, there will be a space to share any dietary restrictions or allergies you have. We'll be sure to share this information with the catering team. (Also some of you may know that Emma has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, so you can be rest assured that we'll take allergies seriously :))
