Can I bring more people than listed on my invitations or a plus one?
In order to stay on budget, we politely ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one or an extra person. Please see your invitation for more information on how many seats we have saved in your honor, or reach out to us with specific questions.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely!
Is the reception venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes!
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, there is parking adjacent to the Daniel Island Club in their parking lots.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We will be serving different types of hors d'oeuvres, with a meal served later in the evening.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Please no photos during the mass. We will have a photographer to take photos during this time and will send them out afterwards.
Where should we stay?
We have a room block that will offer a discounted rate at Home2Suites on Daniel Island. This, along with the Hampton Inn, are likely the closest place for lodging on the island. There are very few Airbnb options on the island.
Should you wish to make a trip out of the weekend, there are plenty of other hotel and Airbnb locations throughout Charleston.
If I am flying for travel, which airport should I fly into?
Charleston International Airport (CHS)
It is 15 minutes from Daniel Island.
