This striking late-Victorian mansion, built in 1891 during Indiana’s gas boom, showcases stunning Queen Anne and Romanesque Revival architecture with ornate woodwork, stained glass, and a grand third-floor ballroom that transports you back to a bygone era. Today it serves as the home of the Howard County Museum, where visitors can explore exhibits on local history and take a self-guided tour through beautifully restored rooms Tuesday through Sunday.
