We will be hosting the ceremony and reception at Demmit Hall in Demmitt, Alberta. It is located about an hour outside of Grande Prairie and 30 minutes from Dawson Creek, BC. The ceremony will be held outside on the grounds of the hall and the reception will be held inside the building.

The ceremony will be held at 3pm. Following the ceremony, while the wedding party takes photos, people will be free to grab drinks from the bar, mingle, play some lawn games ect. The reception will start at 5:30 with dinner being served at 6pm. Speeches, dancing, cake and dessert will follow. A midnight will be set up for guests around 10pm.

On site camping will be available from Friday at 11am to Sunday at 3pm for guests who would like to bring their campers. Hook ups and power are not available so if you require power, please bring a generator. We have full use of the building for the entire weekend with bathrooms and a full kitchen, if needed. For out of town guests, we will have a block of hotel rooms at -------- in Grande Prairie, located about an hour from the venue. We will have a shuttle bus to the hotel starting at 00:00 and running every hour until 00:00

We will be having a cash bar at our wedding and it is cash only, debit is not accepted and there is no ATM on site. Drinks are $6 (tall cans $8.00) and a popular selection of beer, wine, coolers, and spirits are available. Pop, water, and juice can be purchased for $1. Last call for alcohol sales is at 1:00 am Alberta time. The liquor license only allows for alcohol purchased from the bar to be consumed in the hall and on the deck. Alcohol purchased from the bar is not permitted on the grounds, parking lot or bridge. Consuming personal alcohol beside camper trailers is allowed. ​
