It’s a 15 minute drive from Homewood Suites or Courtyard Marriott to the venue. We have room blocks at both hotels. Links to book at the group rate can be found under "accommodations" in the menu bar.

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided via shuttle at each hotel.

Shuttles will arrive at 3:00 and depart no later than 3:30. There is also parking at the venue, but please be mindful and don’t drink and drive!

Black tie attire is requested. Emma made a mood board to convey the vibe of the day and the venue because she wishes every event ever had a mood board to help her pick her outfits. Emma also has anxiety and OCD and needs to sure she’s communicated all details.
