We met through our friends Leela and Russell on a blind date. Together, we completed an escape room, went to dinner, and even got ice cream. Afterward, we decided to go on a date just the two of us the following week.

After going on a few dates together, Simon asked Emma to be his girlfriend. Then Emma's mom bugged her to death for a picture of them together.

While visiting an art museum with some friends, they took some photos of us when we were unaware.

For Simon's birthday, we went out to eat with Emma's older sister, brother, and dad.

Emma's first time visiting Simon in Minnesota, where she experienced the freezing cold and walked on water.

Then we went out to eat with Simon's mom and older brother.

On Emma's second trip to Minnesota, we visited the North Shore and Split Rock Lighthouse; which happens to be part of a painting that Emma had made for Simon for his birthday.

We also visited Emmaville Minnesota with Simon's Grandparents.

We went to visit Emma's parents and siblings in Texas. Together we raced the jet skis around the lake.

We went fishing with Simon's parents and Emma caught her first fish!

Simon took Emma to see the headwaters of the Mississippi River. And that is when Emma told Simon to trim his beard.

Simon took Emma out for an early birthday...

...And surprised her by proposing!

Simon came to spend a late Christmas with Emma and her family. He even got a pair of the family pajamas!
