Fair Hills Resort is where the wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place. They have many amenities, including lodging, a breakfast buffet, and fun activities.

The 2024 wedding lodging rate is $89 per adult, ages 19+, and $ 20 per child, ages 6-18, for the night of the wedding, plus 7.375% MN sales tax. Children 5 & under stay for free. Guests may choose to stay any additional nights before and after the wedding, up to four nights at this rate based on availability. All rates include lodging, access to all resort amenities, and a breakfast buffet.

Guests will make their own reservations at the resort online through this website: https://reservations.fairhillsresort.com/irmng/#/ or by scanning the QR code below. Then, use the wedding block login link in the top right or drop-down menu to plug in your wedding code and make a cabin reservation. Our Wedding Block Code is FH52524. Full payment for guest lodging is due upon booking. If guests cancel at least 30 days before the wedding, they will receive a full refund. If guests cancel within 30 days of the wedding, they will receive a full refund minus a $50 handling fee. Guests who cancel within 2 weeks of the wedding will forfeit the entire payment. Wedding blocks and discounted rates expire 45 days prior to the wedding. Reservations made after this date are subject to our breakfast plan rate of $119.00 per adult per night + tax and $40.00 per child ages 6-18 per night + tax.

Cabins are furnished with a bed, mini fridge, nightstand, dresser, shelves, baseboard heat, and a bathroom with a tub shower or walk-in shower. Cabins do not include TVs, microwaves, or air conditioning. Air conditioning units and microwaves are available to rent. Some cabins are handicap accessible, and some include full kitchens. All of our cabins and event spaces are non-smoking and pet-free.

Hot Breakfast Buffet: Included each morning from 8-9:30am.

Food Outlets: A soda fountain is available in the lobby with a variety of snack items for purchase. The resort does not have an on-site restaurant, but there are many restaurants in the area. Inquire at the front desk for recommendations.

Check Out: 10:00 AM

Late Check-In: If you expect to arrive after 9pm the evening of your check-in, call the resort and let us know. We’ll turn the lights on in your cabin and let you know if our staff will be around to greet you or if we can set you up for a remote check-in.

Access to Resort Amenities: Includes our 9-hole executive golf course, non-motorized boats, outdoor pool & hot tub, frisbee golf, playground, lake and beach, and tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts.
