- Mill Race Cyclery – bicycle rental. There are many miles of bike trails along the Fox River
- Geneva Train station that can get you into Chicago. While Chicago is only 36 miles from St. Charles, it can take 1 or 2 hours to get into Chicago by car. We recommend taking the train.

Batavia: (15-20 min drive from St Charles)

Wheaton:
- Cantigny – First Division Museum (The Big Red One). Exhibits and artifacts ranging from early war to present day.

Elgin: (20 mins from Saint Charles)
