Will there be transportation to the venue?

Yes! Elite Shuttle Services will be providing transportation on the wedding day. Our venue has very limited parking, therefore the majority of our guests will be be asked to utilize the shuttle service. The shuttle service provides the safest form of transportation to and from our mountain-top venue. ** Guests whose lodging accommodations are within the shuttle services zones will be provided with the option of door-to-door pick-up/drop-off. This must be clearly communicated and coordinated with the couple to relay to the shuttle service. **Guests whose lodging is outside of the shuttle zones will be asked to drive to a central pick-up location to be shuttled up to the venue.

How do I know if my lodging accommodations are within the shuttle door service pick-up zones?

This will likely only apply to those planning to stay somewhere in Sevierville. Reach out to the couple! We can share detailed information and coordinate with the shuttle service.

When should we arrive for the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 4:00pm, so aim to get to the venue between 3:15-3:45pm. There will be specific shuttle pick-up times to ensure timely guest arrivals.

Can I drive straight to the venue?

Due to limited parking at our mountain venue, guests are not permitted to drive directly to the ceremony. We kindly request that all guests take the shuttle service (unless otherwise specified) and plan ahead accordingly!

What is the weather like in the area?

During the month of June, the weather in eastern Tennessee is mostly pleasant and will likely be pretty warm, ranging from about 75-90 degrees. Our venue typically has a really nice breeze at the top of the mountain!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony will take place outside on either the open or covered patio depending on the weather (pray for sunshine)! The reception will be held indoors in the grand hall, which opens up to an outdoor dance floor covered by string lights.

What's the dress code?

We would love to see our guests in Garden Formal attire, cocktail wedding attire (semi-formal suits and dresses) is also welcomed. No shorts and no white undertones of dresses.

Can I bring a plus-one/children?

As much as we would love to provide everyone with a plus-one and allow all family members to attend, we are unable to do so due to the space restrictions of our destination wedding venue. Our guest list is currently at the venue's max capacity limit. It is indicated on your invitation whether a plus-one or children have been allocated in our guest count. Thank you so much for understanding!

Should we bring gifts?

Your presence is a gift in itself! We recognize the financial commitment our guests are agreeing to by attending our wedding. Gifts are not expected but always appreciated. You are welcome to make a donation to our honeymoon savings fund, and our registry is linked to this website where you can order gifts to be delivered to our home (trunk space during the wedding week will be limited haha).

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

PLEASE DO! We will set up a QR code / link to share all the pictures to! Only time we request no photos is during the unplugged ceremony.

What food will be served at the wedding?

There's going to be some good grub! We will have a variety of hand passed apps and a fruit & veggie display during cocktail hour, buffet for dinner, desserts, and a late night pizza delivery! Plenty of gluten-free options will be available throughout the day. If you have dietary restrictions, please reach out to the couple and/or include restrictions in your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

You bet! Come ready to party! We'll have beer, wine, ciders, hopefully some Tennessee moonshine, and signature & classic cocktails! We kindly ask that you tip our hard-working bartenders throughout the evening.

What time will the reception end? Is there an after party?

The reception will end at 10pm to allow clean-up at the venue. Depending on guest interest, we'd be down for an after party!

Will there be other events taking place throughout the week/weekend?

Absolutely! We will be doing fun things throughout the week and will be reaching out to see who is up to join us for different excursions! Hiking, ziplining, card playing, moonshine drinking, all sorts of mountain vacation things! We will be hosting a Welcome Party On Thursday afternoon/evening.

Why did you choose to have a destination wedding?

We decided to have a destination wedding to create wedding memories beyond just one day! We want to extend our time with family and friends and be able to intentionally celebrate with everyone. :)
