A wizard is never late. Nor are they early. They arrive precisely when they mean to. Everyone else should arrive by 4:00 PM.

While we love your children so much, we are only having children in the wedding party and immediate family attend at this time. Please remember, there will be loud music and alcohol at this event which may not be suitable for children.

The dress code is, "Cocktail/Semi-formal." We know it's Vermont, but please leave your camo and crocs at home.

There will be an open bar serving beer, wine and two select signature cocktails chosen by the couple. Bar service will be provided by Salt and Bubbles.

We have arranged with the Comfort Inn in St. Johnsbury to provide a discount to our guests. Additionally, there are numerous Airbnb's available in the area and Burke Mountain Resort is about 30 minutes away.

The ceremony will be outdoors unless weather requires us to move the ceremony inside. Guests may walk up the hill to the ceremony site or they may ride a tractor to the site. Please let the couple know of any mobility issues ahead of time.

There will be parking on-site. We encourage you to carpool with other guests. A shuttle will be arranged to bring guests from the Comfort Inn to the venue. If you plan on drinking, please plan safe transportation.

If you are eligible to bring a plus one, there will be an option for you to list their name when you RSVP.

Temperatures in the early fall can range from lows in 40s in the early mornings and evenings to highs in the upper 70s. We recommend you check the forecast in the days prior and plan accordingly.

When you RSVP, please note any allergies or dietary needs (i.e. vegan, vegetarian etc.). We will work with our caterer to accommodate you.
